Reservation Guide

 

 APPLICATION PROCEDURE

 

ELIGIBILITY  

Available ONLY to faculty or staff members.

*교직원 전용 숙소로 본교 대학원 및 학부생 사용신청 불가.

 

 

Step 1.  [예약요청 공문 발송]  

Nomination by Yonsei University

U-desk, 공문' official document through your department or school
Please contact your institution advisor(yonsei).
예약공문: 발신-소속대학, 수신-생활관 행정팀

 


Step 2.[아이디 및 사용자 등록]

Create a user ID(setting up your housing account)
Once you have successfully created your account, you can begin filling out your  housing application
Available ONLY to international faculty or staff members
 
 

Step 3. [예약신청서 작성] 

 Complete the online application(submitting your completed application)

 

Step 4. [사용료 납부]

Pay the housing fee and upload the documents(if any)

 

Step 5. [예약확인서 수신]

Receive a Letter of confirmation

 

Step 6. [SK 글로벌하우스 입사]

Move-in

Arrival & Transportation

Airport Limousine Bus (from the Incheon Int'l Airport)

Shuttle buses operated to transport customers and their luggage to and from Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport run on regular 15 to 30 minute intervals throughout Seoul.
Bus tickets can be purchased at kiosks located outside of the airport exits of the arrival floor. Floor plan of the arrival hall and kiosk location can be found at http://www.airport.kr/pa/en/a/3/1/1/index.jsp.
* The schedules posted online are subject to change. Please check the time schedule for buses at the information kiosk. Buses begin operation between 5 and 6 a.m. depending on the route, and the last buses depart between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. for Seoul, but the last bus departs at 9:50 p.m. for Songdo.

Taxi

(from the Incheon Int'l Airport)
  • Regular Taxi (일반택시, il-bahn taek-shi) / Cost: About 40,000 KRW*
  • Deluxe Taxi (모범택시, mo-beom taek-shi) / Cost: About 70,000 KRW*
Note that taxi fares may vary depending on traffic. The price listed above is the fare without traffic. Deluxe taxis are more spacious and comfortable than regular taxis. They are recognizable by their black color.

For those of you who would like to live at an off-campus facility, there are several options that you can consider.

  • Located on 15 minutes from Digital Media City subway station (free shuttle service provided)
  • Spacious room and hotel quality facilities
  • Only non-Korean passport holders may apply
