APPLICATION PROCEDURE

※ ELIGIBILITY: Available ONLY to faculty or staff members

1. Verify that the administrator has vacancies
  - Please prepare information on the number of residents, the period of stay, and the type of room you want

2. If there are no vacancies, you can request to wait for a reservation.
  - administrator will contact you individually when your turn comes when there is an empty room.

3. Sending of an official letter
  - If you want to move in when you hear from the staff, send an official letter.
  - You can ask the administrative staff of your department.

4. Creat a user ID and make a reservation on our website
  - Please contact the administrator when this is done

5. Get the bill by email and pay the hosung fee

6. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation. Please visit the guest house you applied for on the move-in date. 

- Check-in: 2~6 P.M./ Check-out: 11 A.M.
